SUMMIT CYCLES WILL REOPEN – MONDAY 20th APRIL
Our store will reopen from Monday 20th April with revised opening hours and services and with new social distancing measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and help prevent the spread of coronavirus in our community while providing the supply and services that our customers need.

Monday – Friday : 9am to 1pm
Saturday & Sunday : CLOSED
SHOP VISIT POLICY
In order to best serve customers whilst maintaining recommended safe social distancing we are allowing single customer visits with one customer per staff member in the store at any one time.
This may mean waiting to enter the store at times and we apologise for this, but hope our visitors are understanding and will observe recommended social distancing guidance while they wait to enter the shop. Please ring bell and wait for a member of staff to greet you at the door. They will check your requirements and ask you questions about your visit in order that they can more quickly and efficiently serve you.
Summit Cycles – Sales & Service update
Urgent Jobs / Key workers – We are maintaining a priority service for frontline and key workers and will do our best to assist as swiftly as possible.
Workshop – Our workshop will reopen from Monday 20th April. ADVANCE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. Please get in touch to make a booking or discuss your requirements. We have a good stock of spares to support our workshop operation and most of our suppliers are shipping as usual.
Please note that it has been necessary to update our workshop entry and exit procedure to allow bike sanitation, our minumum service charge will be £15.00 during this period.
New bike sales – Our key suppliers Trek, Specialized and Santa Cruz all have good stock of bikes so we can offer advice and supply bikes as normal.
If you are looking for a new bike and need help or advice then we recommend that you get in touch with us either by phone (01970 626061), email ( email@example.com ) or Facebook messenger. Customers can now also visit the store to discuss their requirements with a member of staff who will be able to show you bikes, while observing safe recommended social distancing guidance. We can deliver new bikes to addresses within a 30 mile radius of Aberystwyth.
Accessories, spare parts & consumables – We can now offer fast pick up collection from the store – simply get in contact with us via the above methods to let us know what you need, you can pay via phone or BACS & collect from the storefront.
Shop visits – We are now open to customers, in order to ensure social distancing guidance is observed we are permitting one customer per member of staff to visit the store at a time . This allows our staff to be fully focused on dealing with individual needs while maintaining safe social distancing.
You can help us a great deal by knowing exactly what you need or by having any questions ready before you enter the store.
If you are required to wait, please do so outside the store entrance while respecting recommended social distancing of at least 2m.
