Store Manager – Beics Brenin

Beics Brenin are seeking a manager for their busy trail head store at the iconic Coed y Brenin forest park in North Wales.The successful candidate will be working alongside a small team of full and part time staff managing a class leading retail store and a large hire fleet of high quality mountain bikes. They will report to the company director who works between Beics Brenin & the company’s second store, Summit Cycles in Aberystwyth.

Beics Brenin is a customer focused business & aims to offer an exceptional customer experience. We actively seek feedback from visitors to ensure our goals are met.
We’re a friendly team & have some of the UK’s best riding on our doorstep.

We are seeking applications from pro-active, motivated individuals with prior experience in a customer service or retail role. They’ll ideally be either Welsh/English bilingual, or ready to learn Welsh. They’ll also need be enthusiastic about all forms of cycling & keen to learn Coed y Benin’s trail network inside out.
