The bikes displayed on our website are just a fraction of what is available and represent only the bikes we have available from stock right now. Beyond this there are many more options. We have a scheduled program of deliveries with our suppliers so new bikes are arriving with us every day, it may be that what's arriving soon could be just the bike you are looking for. Likewise the brands we work with warehouse their own stock of bikes giving us access to a huge range of models often available with short delivery times.

So if you are looking for a bike and don't find quite the right things here, or if you have any questions concerning, spec, availability, type or size of bike then we recommend you get in touch with a member of our team.

Our staff can access supplier stock information, search our scheduled stock deliveries and offer help and advice on your purchase. We have expert bike fitters and access to all supplier technical information to help ensure the bike you choose is the right style and a great fit for you.

Cycle to Work Schemes

We work with all major providers of cycle to work schemes but not all bikes, clothing and accessories that we sell is offered or eligible for purchase via this payment method. We do not currently offer to ship bikes purchased via our website, these must be collected from our store. If you see a bike that you are interested in and are unable to collect from us then it may still be worth getting in touch with us to explore further options.

Arrangements and order processing times on new bike purchases

Bikes purchased via our website will be made ready for store collection. This can take a few days depending on where the bike is located. Some bikes will need to ship from a supplier but if this is the case the expected lead time for delivery to us will be displayed on our site. We also hold stock at an off-site storage location and transfer can take a day or so. When we have the bike it will be scheduled for assembly and safety checks with one of our CYTEC mechanics. Once this is complete we will send a final confirmation that the bike is ready for collection and you can then visit the store to pick it up.

With bike purchases, a member of our team will usually contact you prior to processing to check sizing and other details. For bikes in our stock the process from order to collection usually takes 3 or 4 working days but can be quicker sometimes or longer if the bike is shipping to us from a supplier. A member of our team will be able to give you more information if required.

Store collection

Once your new bike is ready for collection we will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for pickup. Collection is from our store at 65 North Parade, Aberystwyth. When you come to collect we may ask for you to present proof of identity for security reasons. A member of staff will check size and personal adjustments like saddle height and can provide advice on care and service arrangements so please allow a little time for the handover process.
