Arrangements and order processing times on new bike purchases

Bikes purchased via our website will be made ready for store collection. This can take a few days depending on where the bike is located. Some bikes will need to ship from a supplier but if this is the case the expected lead time for delivery to us will be displayed on our site. We also hold stock at an off-site storage location and transfer can take a day or so. When we have the bike it will be scheduled for assembly and safety checks with one of our CYTEC mechanics. For bikes in our stock the process from order to collection usually takes 3 or 4 working days but can be quicker sometimes or longer if the bike is shipping to us from a supplier.
