Come and find out all about ebikes and ebike ownership. Try out an ebike free of charge with no commitment to purchase. On these Saturdays, our staff will be on hand to answer all your ebike related questions and there will be a range of quality ebikes on display and available to try.
There will be bikes from both Trek and Specialized and we will have answers to all your burning questions on ebike ownership and use.
Want to know how far you you'll be able to ride on a single charge or how much maintenance is required? Like to find out exactly what type of ebike would be right for you? Need advice on where to ride or how to grow confidence on a bike? Our staff have years of industry and riding experience and can draw on the experiences of the many satisfied ebike customers we have supported on their ebike journeys.
We can explain bike settings and how to get the most from your motor system. We can explain maintenance schedules, bike care and backup & warranty support.
In store you will not only find a wide range of ebike from Trek and Specialized. Try an ebike
We will have a number of bikes available to loan for short test rides on out ebike Discovery days. We will publish a list of the bikes here soon but for now, here is what you need to know.
1. Test rides will be available to pre book. Bookings can be made by contacting the store (visit, phone or email us to register).
2. In order to test ride, a current nationally recognised photo ID is required (drivers licence or passport). Your ID will be retained by us while the bike is on loan.
3. Time slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You should arrive in good time for your test ride.
4. Dress appropriately and come ready to ride. A helmet is mandatory and you will need to bring your own. No helmet - no ride!
5. Any unallocated time slots will be made available on the day.

Care and maintenance
Our workshop staff will be on hand to discuss all things ebike care. They can tell you how to look after and clean an ebike, simple maintenance and setup tasks and explain the importance of regular service and care. Most bikes contain advanced diagnostic systems that will help our technicians identify faults when they occur and help us understand your bike use.
Our staff are Cytech qualified and hold special accreditation from leading motor system and component manufacturers. Alongside our expertise and knowledge we have the best equipped cycle workshop in West Wales where we have all the specialist tools required to keep your ebike running smoothly throughout its life. We hold good stock of all essential service parts with the further support of manufacturers service departments just a phone call away. We take great pride in our work and again, our customer testimonials tell the story of many happy bikes and riders.
