Are you riding the 2022 The Beast Unchained event at Coed y Brenin. Well, we have some news come down to us from our sister store Beics Brenin just up the road at Coed y Brenin, that they have teamed up with their training partners Pedal MTB to bring a trio of essential skills sessions to help provide some top tips and training to raise your riding skills in these three areas.
The sessions are open to all, you don't need to be signed up to another part of the event to join them and there are multiple time slots over the event weekend to choose from although popular options are likely to fill up fast.
The sessions will focus on 3 core skills areas; Cornering, Motion and Manuals (& wheelies). In each you will be offered some top tips to help raise your riding game and then get to try them out under the watchful eye of a qualified MTB skills instructor.
(You will need to input the promo code 'SKILLS' to unlock the sessions.
You'll need your own bike and helmet (both in good condition of course) and there is a nominal charge of £5 + eventbrite booking fee per session with all proceeds going to South Snowdonia Search and Rescue Team.
Children as young as 8 can take part but all children MUST be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian through the session (see Dyfi Events website for full information).
